Eastern Soul will post your order within 1 business day of purchase. We offer three types of shipping options, to ensure that your order arrives to you safely, please read the options below before placing your order.
Light Weight Shipping – This shipping method does not come with tracking and is only available on orders that are under $25.00. If you choose this shipping method and you order goes missing we will not be responsible to replace the item.
Standard Shipping – This shipping method comes with tracking and takes 3-10 working days to arrive depending on your location. This service however is basic, therefore your order may be left in your mailbox or at your front door making it difficult to trace if lost. Once we post your item we will not be responsible if your item is lost or damaged. If you want to protect your treasure we encourage you to choose Signature on delivery.
Standard Shipping with signature on delivery – This shipping method comes with tracking and also will only be delivered if the parcel is signed for on delivery. This is the safest option for your treasure to arrive safely. You order will arrive within 3-10 working days depending on your location. This is the safest method of shipping therefore we do encourage you to choose this option at checkout.

International:
For all international orders we use a traceable method that takes 7-14 Business days to arrive to your home. It is Australian law for all goods to be valued before sent. It is not our responsibility to pay customs duty for your treasure when it enters you country. If you have any questions or concerns please email us. sarah@easternsoul.com.au

However once the item has been shipped we are not responsible for loss or damage to the item. Eastern Soul takes great pride in the level of quality and authenticity that our pieces have. If you feel dissatisfied with the product that you have purchased within 7 days we can assist an exchange.
As some of our product is antique, vintage, pre loved and or hand made one off pieces this entails a level of imperfection, this will always be stated in product description and can be clarified through email enquiries.
We attempt to accurately display all our product colours and details to the best of our ability. Items returned within 7 working days of purchase will be given the opportunity to exchange within 7 days of returning their item.
Unless item is faulty or incorrect the customer will pay for return to and from postage. Original postage chargers are not refundable. Please send your items using traceable methods to ensure safe delivery. If item does not reach us safely within 7 days we will not be able to give exchange.
We do not exchange or refund on sale items.
All items must be returned in the original condition it was sent including gift pouches or bag with invoice. Before returning an email must be sent to sarah@easternsoul.com.au to download an exchange form, which also must be sent with the item. We do not exchange on change of mind we will to the best our ability try to find the product that suits you. Unless Eastern Soul believes that an item is faulty we will not refund.
For any international exchanges all policies are alike. However we allow 14 days to assist you, as postage may take longer. Please note that Eastern Soul is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be applicable.
